The principal advisor,Graham Gowland has a background in hospitality management, having worked with Whitbread, Stakis, Forte and a number of independent operators.

His safety experience was developed over several years with a national safety consultancy, Perry Scott Nash Associates, working with large companies such as JD Wetherspoons and Radisson SAS hotels, and in the North West with businesses including The Decker’s Group, Inventive Leisure and English Lakes Hotels.

This experience is supported with qualifications in law, health and safety, training and food safety as well as membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, the British Institute of Innkeeping and the Institute of Hospitality.
